BDC Agents are responsible for making outbound calls to bring in new leads and managing inbound calls from leads.Īt Coos Bay Toyota, we are committed to an environment where the customer is always treated with respect and dignity. The BDC Agent develops new business by scouting leads via the internet, phone, and mailings. Our Business Development Center (BDC) Agent identify sales leads among new and existing customers, and maintain client relationships. Call Center and Automotive Experience is preferred but not required. You will be directly responsible for driving traffic to the dealership.
